I don't have all the answers. But when I first started this blog, we started with the intention to help people have practical handles to work better.
Slowly, we've realised that what we really want to do is give people the opportunity to thrive in their transition to work.
Because let's be honest.
It's not fair, is it? When you went to school, you had teachers to guide you. When you were in university, you had professors to talk to.
But you come to work... and because you have a degree, you're expected to suddenly know it all.
We want to help. But we don't know everything YOU are struggling with.
